I would like to formally give you the accolades so well deserved in selling my condo at Daniel Burnham Court.

First, having bought and sold a few homes, I realize the expectation is that problems do occur.  Your professionalism, experience, and calm turned problems into issues simply to be managed.  I specifically asked for your advise with this multiple offer sale numerous times (due to your marketing), i.e., buyer’s solvency, inspections, square footage discrepancy, etc.  Your response was consistently given with logical, ethical, and knowledgeable direction.  This advise not only saved me money and time, but led me in the best direction possible.

Importantly, I so enjoyed working with you!  Admittedly tense at times, you were able to bring a smile to my face as I realized you were in complete control of your part of the puzzle.  I would wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone wanting to sell their home, knowing their investment would be in such capable hands with the supporting intellect of a seasoned professional.

I chose Karen as my agent for the sale of my condo in San Francisco. Since this was my first time selling a property, I knew I would need plenty of help and advice. I was also worried, knowing my home needed a lot of work done to update it. I knew setting up that kind of thing can be very time-consuming, expensive, and stressful, so I was dreading the process.


From the first meeting I knew Karen was the right agent for me. First, she was able to walk through renovation options for me, helping me arrive at the best scope of work to be done to maximize the return on investment while staying within my budget. Then she coordinated all the renovation work with trustworthy contractors (she has good relationships in place with people who do a lot of work for her listings). I was able to get the condo painted and have lots of difficult handyman work done for a fraction of what I expected, and she took care of the details for me. In a few weeks the place had new paint, floors, faucets, and shower doors. Karen’s chosen stager did beautiful work which also included installing the new light fixtures. Karen helped me pick a listing price which was just right for attracting interested buyers, and she helped advise me as offers started to come in. In the end, we received six offers including multiple all-cash ones. We sold for $51k over asking. I would definitely work with Karen again, and recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
